Welcome to Labeada® ! Labeada is so much more than a dance class, and we would love you to join us!

Labeada® is inspired by Martial Arts, because of the mindset as much as the moves! Throughout your Labeadic journey you will strengthen your character, your self-control, your discipline, and effort, as well as your reflexes! just as you will enjoy the feminine sensuality and fun of various dance genres.

Our grading system is as follows:

12 week discipline – Labeada Cub

39 week discipline – Labeada Fox

52 week discipline – Labeada Wolf

18 month discipline – Labeada Lion

and after two years successful dedication, you achieve:

Labeada Panther status! and can provide a safe haven for our cubs!

You will be issued certificates plus will be eligible to purchase grade merch, but you will also have the opportunity to join our annual presentation dinner dance, where you can receive your latest certificate on stage and enjoy a glamorous black-tie evening!

Labeada is currently being rolled out across the UK; if we don’t have a licensee covering your area, why not consider joining us as an instructor?! Details can be found here

We would like you to join an in person class, as Labeada is about TOTAL FITNESS as it is so important to talk to others, laugh with others, re-connect with others, and build relationships. Labeada is a community, and you are an important part of that community. This is why we do not offer classes on-line (as well as the locked postal sector business model).
