Labeada® is a dance class designed for those of us who may identify as, slightly low in confidence, maybe over-weight, menopausal, peri/postmenopausal or, post child birth, retired or anything else that could hinder the ability to join high impact dance classes. But all are welcome to join regardless of age or characteristics. Sometimes we need this as much as an 18 year old as we do as and 80 year old.
Labeada® is a low impact martial arts inspired dance class, infused with several dance genres. The martial arts inspiration is as much about the mindset as the moves.
